Terms and conditions

Welcome to the Tractikum CPA tracker! These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Racoon service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

By registering and using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Temporary Nature of the Agreement
1.1. This Agreement is temporary and applies only during the beta-testing phase of the Service.
1.2. This Agreement does not have final legal force and may be modified or revised upon the full release of the Service.
1.3. After the beta-testing phase ends, a new version of the Terms and Conditions will be introduced, which will take effect upon publication.
1.4. Continuing to use the Service after its official release constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration and Account Creation
2.1. Registration is required to use the Service.
2.2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If false information is detected, access may be restricted.
2.3. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords.

3. Beta Testing
3.1. The Service is currently in the beta-testing phase, during which functionality, stability, and performance may change.
3.2. Participation in beta testing is provided under limited conditions and may include free access or special pricing.
3.3. The uninterrupted operation of the Service during beta testing is not guaranteed. Bugs, data loss, and functionality changes may occur.
3.4. The Service’s features, user interface, and technical parameters may be altered during beta testing.
3.5. After beta testing concludes, users may be required to switch to a paid plan.

4. Pricing and Payment During Beta Testing
4.1. During beta testing, special pricing conditions may apply, including:
• Free access for early users;
• Discounts on future subscriptions;
• Limited functionality for free accounts.
4.2. After the beta-testing phase ends, pricing plans may change. Users will be notified in advance.

5. Use of the Service
5.1. The Service provides tools for managing advertising campaigns, landing pages, funnels, cloaking, and other functions.
5.2. Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
5.3. Access to the Service may be restricted or suspended if violations occur.

6. Prohibited Actions
Users are prohibited from:
6.1. Using the Service to distribute illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
6.2. Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious software that may disrupt the Service.
6.3. Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass security measures of the Service.
6.4. Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data or overload the system.
6.5. Impersonating other individuals or entities or misrepresenting affiliations.
6.6. Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties.
6.7. Using the Service for spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
6.8. Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Service.
6.9. Circumventing usage restrictions, pricing limitations, or unauthorized account sharing.
Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Data Privacy and Security
7.1. Data submitted to the Service is used solely for operational purposes.
7.2. Data security cannot be fully guaranteed, especially during beta testing.
7.3. The Service is not responsible for data leaks caused by third parties or users themselves.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
8.2. The Service does not guarantee that it will be free of errors, defects, or service disruptions.
8.3. The Service is not responsible for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from its use.
8.4. The maximum liability of the Service to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last 6 months of service.
8.5. The Service is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or reputational harm.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All rights to the software, design, database, and other elements of the Service belong to the developers.
9.2. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying the Service’s code or design without permission.

10. Changes to the Agreement
10.1. The terms of this Agreement may be updated. Any revised versions will be published in the Service.
10.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. In case of disputes, priority will be given to pre-litigation resolution attempts.
11.2. After beta testing ends, the final version of the Agreement will take effect.
